Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Our client is part of an international fund management company within the renewable energy industry. They are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant / Office Manager in a newly created position. This is an amazing opportunity for someone to immediately contribute and rapidly grow the organisation together with the CEO. The position requires the ability to offer full support to the CEO and act as the key interface with external stakeholders. It will be a thoroughly rewarding role for a candidate that is confident, demonstrates initiative and has a sound understanding of office management systems. 

 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Be one step ahead of the CEO, ensuing their day runs seamlessly 
  • Calendar management; scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Email management; implementing delegation and filing systems for easy access 
  • Office management and administration  
  • Taking notes and minutes during meetings 

What you’ll need:

  • Must have previous experience working for a CEO in a dynamic corporate environment
  • Must have Office Management experience 
  • Advanced MS Office suite
  • Attention to detail 
  • Able to work autonomously  
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to multitask 
  • Able to think laterally and broadly 
  • Good at dealing with change management 
  • Able to grow with the job
